Your thesis is very clear (the CPCOMM is a great place for students and faculty alike for x, y, and z reasons). Your criteria is based off of what is available to students and faculty, such as classrooms, classes on different computer related subjects, tech support, and resources available to visitors. As I said before, I do believe that you should create links between citations and this page, as well as links to and from different annotations.
